i think the arrows say that kayne and lilith were made usin gene splicing although im not sure

the characters have names of mythical creatures due to their abilities
now i think this arrow is pointing to kayne [could be wrong tho]
he was involved in satanic ritual and now possese mood swings and "The eye of truth" [which is blue] this allows allows him to hit his target no matter what

he is the kindest but also the oldest
